Congratulations to Dougie, George and Luna who recently passed their ABRSM grades 4, 3 & 5 respectively! A huge well done from all at Lydney Town and Training Bands. 

Today Lydney Town Band competed in the Third Section of the WEBBA Regional Finals. The contest, which was cancelled in 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and initially cancelled in late January 2022 due to the unavailability of its usual venue, The Riviera Centre in Torquay, was held at The Centaur conference centre in Cheltenham. 

Under the baton of Musical Director, Thomas Dunne, Lydney Town Band performed "Facets of Glass" by Gordon Langford. In the final results, Lydney were placed 5th out of 14 bands.
